How long does order fulfillment take?
We process orders upon receipt of payment in our account from Monday to Friday until 12:00 PM – shipments are handed over to couriers after this time. The standard order fulfillment time for paid orders is 1-2 business days; however, during promotional campaigns, this time may be extended.
If you need a specific shipping date (for example, if you’re ordering a birthday present), please call us or include this information in the order notes.
The lead time for pre-order models is 5-7 business days.
How can I pay for my order?
For domestic orders, you can pay via instant bank transfer (selecting your bank), direct bank transfer to the store’s account, or upon receiving the shipment. For international orders, you can pay using PayPal.
Can I pay for the order upon delivery?
Yes, for domestic orders, you can pay upon delivery. Just select the cash on delivery option during the ordering process. Cash on delivery is also available for parcel lockers. However, for international orders, you must pay online.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once payment has been made, it’s not possible to modify the order. However, you can cancel it until it is dispatched. For cancellations, please contact us via email at contact@whitervbbit.com.
Can I change the payment method after placing the order?
Yes, you can change the payment method. Please contact us via email at contact@whitervbbit.com for assistance with this.
The online payment was unsuccessful. Can I pay for the order via traditional bank transfer?
Yes, however, please inform us via email. Unsuccessful online payments result in automatic order cancellation, and without your notification, we won’t see the change in payment method to traditional bank transfer.
Can I split the payment for one order and use multiple different payment methods?
No, that’s not possible. The only exception is when using our gift card – in that case, you need to enter the gift card code in the designated field and pay the remaining balance with your chosen payment method.
Can I delay the shipment of my order?
Yes, if for any reason you need your order to be shipped later than the declared delivery time, please indicate this in the order notes. We can delay the shipment for a maximum of 10 days from the day the order was placed.
How can I use a discount code?
If you have a discount code, enter it during the checkout process in the designated field, displayed on the right side of the form.
Can I pick up my order from a parcel locker?
Yes, for domestic orders, you can pick up your order from a parcel locker. Just choose your preferred parcel locker during the checkout process.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Can I exchange underwear for a smaller or larger size?
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size than the one you ordered, please return the product and place a new order.
Remember that when placing your order, you can order multiple sizes and return the ones that don’t fit to us. You have 14 days from receiving the shipment to do so.

Can I return products to the store?
The 14-day return policy does not apply to personalized products or products made to the individual order of the consumer. This includes items such as products with personalized embroidery, products outside the regular store offering, products modified at the customer’s request, as well as underwear and clothing made to the individual order that cannot be purchased through a standard order.
Upon receiving your shipment, we proceed with an evaluation, after which we prepare the necessary documents for the refund process. We have 14 days from receiving your shipment to complete this process, although we aim to accomplish it within five business days.
Can I return just one item from a set?
Yes, if you want to return just one item, please inform us via email by sending a message to contact@whitervbbit.com. Then, package the product you wish to return – for example, in a bubble envelope (without the box), include a note with the order number and your details (including your account number), and send it back to us.
