Order fulfillment time
We start processing orders after the payment has been credited to our account, from Monday to Friday until 12 a.m. (CET) – after this time, the parcels are given to the couriers. The standard order processing time is 1-2 business days, and during a promotional campaign or sales, this time may be longer.
The lead time for pre-sale shipments is 5-7 business days.
Forms and costs of delivery
Orders are processed via the courier company UPS, DPD, FeDEX, GTS or Poczta Polska/Global Express.
The costs depend on the location of the customer’s address and the total weight of the products ordered. We will provide detailed shipping costs when placing the order.
Depending on the form of delivery, order costs are as follows:
– Polish post office from 8 Euro
– Courier shipments from 11 Euro
After sending the package you will receive a link from us that will allow you to track it.
