How long are orders processed?
We start processing orders after the payment has been credited to our account, from Monday to Friday until 2 p.m. – after this time, the parcels are given to the couriers. The standard order processing time is 1-2 business days, and during a promotional campaign or sales, this time may be longer.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using the Pay-Pal system, and in the case of selected countries, also by paying directly to the store’s account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
After making the payment, it is not possible to change the order, but until it is sent, you can cancel it. To do so, please contact: email@example.com
How can I use the discount code?
If you have a discount code, enter it in the dedicated box displayed on the right side of the form when placing the order.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Can I exchange lingerie for a smaller or larger size?
In our online store, the exchange of products means returning the selected product and placing a new order. To be sure that the goods are available for you, place a new order right away. We don’t use transfers of funds from one order to another.
Can I return the purchased product to the store?
Within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment, you can withdraw from the purchase contract, and return the purchased products. To make a return, please let us know by e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org. You can use the model withdrawal from the contract form, which you can find the end of the Regulations section. Then send the
product back to us, remembering that it should be safely packed – just like we sent it to you. The returned product must not have any traces of use, it must have the original packaging with a complete set of tags and security elements.
After receiving your parcel, we provide it for expertise and then prepare the documents for payment return. We have 14 days for this from the moment we receive your parcel, but we try to make sure this time does not exceed five business days.
