In our online store, the exchange of products means returning the selected product and placing a new order. To be sure that the goods are available for you, place a new order right away. We don’t use transfers of funds from one order to another.
Within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment, you can withdraw from the purchase contract, and return the purchased products.
To make a return, please let us know by e-mail at: email@example.com.
You can use the model withdrawal from the contract form, which you can find the end of the Regulations section.
Then send the product back to us, remembering that it should be safely packed – just like we sent it to you.

The returned product must not have any traces of use, it must have the original packaging with a complete set of tags and security elements.
After receiving your parcel, we provide it for expertise and then prepare the documents for payment return. We have 14 days for this from the moment we receive your parcel, but we try to make sure this time does not exceed five business days.
Please note that we won’t be able to process an exchange or refund if the product you sent in:
– It has been damaged,
– has traces of use,
– does not have the original labels,
– does not have a protective film (in the case of swimwear bottoms),
– does not have a pink security tape with the imprint “If you remove me, you will lose the possibility of returning” (in the case of clothes, ie dresses, blouses, skirts, etc.).
